Some of our legal rights in Christ are briefly  outline:
 

  1. Covenant rights:- The new covenant. Heb.12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, V23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, V24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
    Ephesians 2:10 -14. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. V11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; V12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: V13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. V14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
  2. Son-ship rights - John 1: 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
    V12 But as many as received him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
    1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. V2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.,
    Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. V29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.,
    Gal. 4:5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. V6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. V7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
  3.  Redemptive rights:- Legal to all he purchased for  us in the redemptive - Hebrew 9:12, Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
    Gal 3:13(Amp) Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: V14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
  4. Legal right to eternal life and heaven as a home:- 2 Tim. 4:18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
    Ephesian2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

    V5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) V6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: V7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. V8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:..  COL.1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: V13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: V14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
    1 Thesa. 2:12 That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
  5. Legal right to the throne of God Hebrew  4:16, Eph. 2:18;3:12
  6. Legal right to righteousness  2cor 5:21,Roman 3:21-26. 
  7. Legal right to authority  on earth and authority over the devil  and his works Luke 10:19' Eph 1:22' Matth. 28:18;8:8-10. 
  8. Legal right to the name of Jesus:- Mark 16 :17, John 16:23-26, John 14:13-14. V13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. V14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
    Jon 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
    John 16:23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
    V24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. V25 These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father. V26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
  9. Legal right to all that is Gods:- All we have in Christ.
    2 Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: V4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
    2 Corin. 4:15 For all things are for your sake, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God. V17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; V18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
    1 Corin. 3:21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; V11. Legal right to the in-dwelling  of the holy spirit and to be led  by the  holy spirit.
    John 14:16-17,...V16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; V17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
    2 Corin.1:22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
    Eph.1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, V14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
    Eph. 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
    Rom. 14:16-17. V11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. V13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. V14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. V15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. V16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: V26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered. V27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
  10. Legal right to share in the inheritance of the saints in light
    Acts 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
    Acts 26:18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
    Colossians. 1:12. V12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: V13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: V16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: V17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. V19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
    Eph. 1:10 That in the dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: V11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: V14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. V18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
    Col. 3:24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
    1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, V4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
    Heb. 9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
    Psalms 37:18 The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be forever. 
  11. Legal right to citizenship in heaven:- i.e. citizen's right. Eph. 2:19,19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
    Philip. 3:20. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
     
  12. Legal right to healing:- Isaiah 33: 24 And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.
    Matthew 15:22-28, Luke 13:16-17. 
  13. Legal right to victory over sin  and Satan:- Romans 6:14, V14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
    V15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. V16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? V17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. V18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
    Rom...8:2 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 
  14. Legal right ti forgiveness of sin:- Eph 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. V7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
    Eph. 4:32,32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
    1 John1:9,7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
