PARADIGM SHIFT OR CRASH?Ambassador Rev Bright Samuel Otso Bishop Elect

 T

he political system in Nigeria needs either a paradigm shift or crash. As it currently stands, The resilience of Nigerians has so far demonstrated to the international communities, it is no business as usual.

My appeal  to  our amiable Nigeria eligible voters as we draws closer to electioneering period, is that they should look beyond "Monitocracy"- politics controlled by money bags-which has only  produced incompetent  and  sectarian leadership.

The politicians should  see us as the  change agent that we are, the catalyst for good governance. The must see why we are the best and right instrument for change, they need to value and respect us and  that we have  what it takes to deliver the country from it's deep mess, and not political parties or politicians, candidate imposition schemes. Let us show Nigeria and our international friends we can stand for truth, sincerity, transperancy and credibility.

Don't be among the challenge we are trying to solve as a nation, rather be responsible for creating and being the change we desire. The nation doesn't only need what we have, but also who we are. The index to a person's character is how he treats other people especially those who can't offer him any good. Today, more than ever before, our value for one another must be upped, and our lives must be characterized by the willingness of each of us to share in the responsibility for upholding the common good of our nation. A man has not lived, unless we can see his footprint in time. Several men have come on stage and stepped out almost unnoticed. Yet there are men whose memories are still so fresh and pleasant. Whereas the remembrance of others generate senses of pain and sorrow. The category you choose to belong has a ripple effect on the nation.

Thank you
